We had a great start to the new year with work coming in from our existing and referral clients. The fresh batch of content provided us a glimpse of the strategies companies had implemented to empower their businesses. We gained valuable insights into how companies identified their confirmation biases and how overcoming them to be more open to new ideas helped them make more informed decisions that grew their business.
The English to Traditional Chinese marketing content translations we completed for local businesses pointed to these companies harnessing the power of synergy to increase their reach into new markets. Businesses that had arrived at a plateau stage after reaching their organic growth capacity resolved the roadblock by joining multi-national business groups as affiliate companies. The synergy created is win-win, with the group expanding its member base and the affiliate benefiting from the sprinkler strategy conglomerates often use, having more resources for multi-location marketing.
The Cantonese marketing script editing we completed for an international media company’s commercial banking client pointed to businesses leveling up their customer support as a propeller for growth – by revisiting customer success stories, identifying what worked before, studying what the current wants are, companies could then take high-impact actions to offer a better approach to solve customer pain points. With the aid of data collection, companies could gather valuable information for assessment by:
- identifying their target customers,
- investigating what the market and the competition are offering,
- examining the company’s resources and existing know-how,
- upgrading skills/investing in technology to provide innovative customer experience,
- adopting a growth mindset and questioning biases limiting growth.
We learned a great deal on business strategies, assessment processes, the importance of foresight and long-term view in making business decisions. We have applied the content writing concepts from our latest viral marketing course at Coursera for these projects. Our client is happy with our efforts.
